Speech therapy
My son is 4 years old but he doesn't talk fluently like his peers. He says rhymes alphabets numbers shapes and colors without mistake. But his conversation is limited to one or two words. I need advice.

hi    for delayed speech the causes are 1. functional : there will be problem connection between brain , ear tongue 2. physical like problem with palate , larynx means voice producing parts . you consult a Ent surgeon they will examine and tell if there is any problem. then they will refer to speech therapist.
