I have problem while speaking words with R. It sound L. Think of American accent to understand it. My age is 22. Is it possible to treat this issue at this age

We can definitely help you correct it. Will need to evaluate you clinically to check whether it's because of a dental problem out we can get a speech therapist to evaluate it
