Asked for Male, 2 Years

My son is going to be 2 yrs on 17th july.Still he not started to talk only says few words like dad,mom,crow etc... He understand what we communicate with him but reply wit action.We tried to ask him to say words but he don't repeat it. Is he have any problem please help
