Speech delay
My daughter is 2.8yrs she say mamma, A to Z, number and what all we tell her she repeat. Kind of moody.
But never she speaks herself to us, as if she need anything take us there and point out (some time say will tell it off). We have put her to playschool and they said some person should be back of her and consult doctor once...we had put her in speech class but they were also unable to understand the issue because what all the activities they do she was able to do it...
I have attached the Assessment report...
Please let us know how can help her and do she have any problem?

These are symptoms of speech delay. The child needs speech therapy for atleast a year.
