My 3 year old son have learnt few words "mamma, Tata, bye bye, hello, hi".
When I try to teach him new words he starts crying or he gets upset. I keep talking to him, but he neither listen nor pay attention at me.
Apart from all this, he closes his ears very often as if he has some pain but he never complained of having pain. He seems fine with hearing sounds. If he needs water or milk he takes me to kitchen and points at the glass. I keep telling him that "this is water, that is milk" but no use. He don't even give a try. I am totally upset, this has become a very big concern.
Please suggest if there is any method or treatment to be followed. Appreciate your time and help
