Spastic hemiparesis
I had suffered an accident in the childhood. A rod entered into my breaking skull and damaged upper layer of brain. The doctor called it right side spastic hemiparesis. My whole right side is affected. Now, I am applying for govt job . There is no mention of hemiparesis. Can I select cerebral palsy ? I have searched on internet it says spastic hemiparesis is a type of cerebral palsy.
