Sleep is the most important mind function which is strictly regulated by circadian rhythm. Is your work pattern is a daily thing or it is for sometimes.
If it is for sometimes then it's not bothersome.
But if it's happening on daily basis then kindly fix your sleeping time and waking time. You should not try to compensate your sleep in day time as it will disrupt your circadian rhythm as well as your quality and quantity of sleep.
Do some exercises to keep your mind alert.
For most thing to do think about your sleep.
