Sounds in stomach
My baby is 2 months old girl. Now a days when I am feeding, sounds are coming in her stomach like running water. Why is happening ,any problem. She is on breast feeding only.

It is well known that breast milk empties more quickly from the stomach than does formula and gastrointestinal motility is also increased in babies exclusively breastfed.

Hi,
The sound is due to the gas or swallowed air,
Burp the baby after every feed for 15-20 min or keep erect.
