there are many treatment options for snoring. before you go for any treatment first thing is to reduce weight. significant relief from snoring problem will occur just by reducing weight atleast by 10 percent. once weight reduction fails to reduce snoring then further treatment such as surgery are considered
other precautions you can take is to change position of sleep, reduced dietary intake, avoid heavy meals etc
