Hello Doctor, I have sores in mouth for the last one week. Am unable to eat anything. Kindly advise how to get rid of them

Hello.. I hope its not bothering you too much. I need some more history to adv. You... Do you eat Non Veg ?? Irregular eating habits ?? Do u hav Acidity or Burning In chest ?? For time being you can take Cap. Bcasule L/A Mucaine Gel for relief..
