Small and dry multiple sores in buttocks region and not in anal region.there is no irritation while excretion but while sitting it causes pain.

Hello..
Well due to friction generally such sores arise..I would suggest you to avoid any tight clothing, avoid sitting in the same position for a long time.maintain the region dry and clean..If they have already dried then just moisturise it or oil it..Nothing much required..Thank you
