Soreness and spots in mouth and throat
My throat has been sore for about a week and when I look inside there are red and white spots on the roof of my mouth, in my throat and under my tongue. and multiple canker sores in similar areas. I can hardly swallow or talk and my tongue always feels itchy and enflamed.

You may be suffering from vit B 12 deficiency. Increase intake of leafy vegetables and curds. Visit a general practitioner for prescription of Vitamin B12.
