Sore throat and cough
I have a sore throat from yesterday so I took a medicine and now in midnight cough is leaking from nose too much also body temperature is 99. Feeling weak and can't sleep.

Drink plenty of water,eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods....Gargle with warm salt water. gargling several times a day can help relieve throat pain....you will require antibiotics to clear up infection..Consult nearest ent surgeon they will do the needful.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Which medicine did you take? And who prescribed it to you? Don't be foolish, by taking self medication you can actually do more harm than good. Take a tab. Fexofenadine and montelukast combination once kr twice a day after food for running nose. Tab. Paracetamol 650mg fmto control temperature now and consult a general physician in person for further management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kunar jain.
