I an experiencing irritation in my throat ,scratichiness and extreme pain in my throat.I am eating Doxyclykine antibiotic with Dolonex DT from 2 days.But no relief. Kindky advice

Could be a throat infection sir, most likely tonsillitis. Change the antibiotic to azithromycin 500mg, once daily for 5days. Also do warm salt water gargle and avoid cold food/drinks
