Sore throat after eating banana

Hello Dr, hope you are doing well my concern is this happened second time with me that i ate banana and since morning i am having irritable throat and feels like my throat getting narrow i am continuously uncomfortable please tell me what to do even the pain is goin to back of the chest as well its like something is stuck there.
