Sore brown scab on nipple
I’ve recently noticed a tiny brown scab on my nipple (2 days ago), it’s kind of on my areola and nipple, it hurts when I touch it. It’s like a dried scab but I can’t pick it because it’s so flat, I hope I’m making sense.
I can’t feel a lump but it feel dry.

Cannot make out from your description. It's difficult to understand.
Is there any breast milk secretion.
Any lumps etc.
