Sore anus ( may be piles)
I have a sore anus, with a red spot within an inch from my hole. I also have swollen glands that stick out and haven't gone down recently. Also I have very thick yellow semen.

Hello....... That's perianal abcess could turn in to sinus or fistula if not treated well.. Consult general surgeon.. Pus has to be drained completely and put you on antibiotics.. Consult general surgeon in nearest hospital.... Doctor will do the needful.... .....
