Hello doctor im 34 week pregant. Plz explain following term
Foetal growth parameter bpd 86 mm/hc 312 mm/fl 69 mm / ac 304 mm
Precent weight 2.5 kg
Amniotic fluid is normal afi 12
Placenta posterior. posterior grade 2 maturity upper segment
No abivious anomalies demonstrable at present
Dopler study
Umbilical artery psv 36 cm/s edv 15 cm/s pi 0.84 s/d 2.3.
diastolic filling good
Uterine artery right 0.34
Foetal mca dopler trace within normal limit
Singal live foetus with vertical lie and head low position average genestial age abt 34-35 week no IUGR.dopper parameter are within normal limit no e/o feto placental insufficiency no e/o cord around foetal neck

Hello tgere.
I can understand your concern.
BPD- Bi parietal diameter.
HC -head circumference.
FL-femur length.
No problems with the baby. The baby is healthy.
No evidence of intra uterine growth retardation.
Your placenta is good and there is no evidence of umblicial cord around the neck.
