Please find the report attached and sugggest. Uterus is normal in size and shows 26mm subserosal fundal fibroid. Right ovary - 49*16*32 Left ovary - 40*19*25 Both ovaries global in shape. Multiple small sub I'm follicles are seen in both the ovaries mostly arranged along the periphery.

Hello.. Well you have a fibroid as well as pcos probably as the ultrasound is pointing at it...are you symptomatic as in do you get cramping pains, irregular menstrual cycle, excessive bleeding, weight gain, increase in facial hairs etc ..it's better you consult a gynaecologist...you also have to check for tsh levels and start immediate weight loss measures and hormonal therapy...thank you
