Sonography and CA125 reports
Went for her normal urine routine test. Result showed occult blood + + + +. Got sonography done. Was advised for CA 125 test. Got it done.. I am attaching the reports of sonography and CA125. Is it a cause of worry ? Please guide and give treatments. Thanks

CA 125 is could be non specific . This case need further investigation . So far we haven’t seen any thing to conclusively suggest it’s a cancerous growth .
But the report is not giving a clear picture - Solid component size in the lesion is not mentioned in your scan , which is very relevant to know what type of lesion is this .
Is the patient having any other complaints ? What is her age ? Did her urine show blood or was she having occult blood in stool ?

Ca 125 is within normal limits
But kidney are abnormal- may be chronic kidney disease because of diabetes if she was having
And right ovary is also needs evaluation with laprascopy or ct abdomen
