Son having fever
My 8 months old baby boy having fever from last three days mild nasal congestion not obvious highest temp is 101 to 2 his fever is not going down when given crocin drop then dr gave meftal drop & azee drop& timic drop but his fever not better doesn't go down only for half and hour again temp becomes 100 he also had vomiting mild for a day before getting fever & I had mild flu like symptoms for 2 days only plz suggest what to do dr told me to contact him after 2 days its winter so we need to wear heavy clothes aswell his weight is 8.4 kg he is premature born at 35 weeks plz suggest that what it could be what to do

Fever will take 2 to 3 days to settle
Give alternate Meftal p syrup and crocin everyv4 to 6 hourly
If fever still high your can put neomol suppository 80mg per rectum
