Sometimes need to take deep breath.
I need to take deep breath frequently if i think much about ongoing issues. I am having High BP and taking Telma Ln 40 morning and Telma 40 evening. Sometimes my heart beats increase and it is hearable if i sleep on left side. Please advise. One nostril is frequently block.

Continue BP medicine.. You can use decongestant for nasal blockade...
