Sometimes headaches above eyes
I've been having constant eye weakness since 1 year as before my number was 1.5L and 2.0R and in 6 months it got around 3.5R with left eye constant. Now again within 2 months my right eye has got power increase. Also I'm seeing some sort of reflection in letters, light sources. Ex: If I see a dot I see reflection around it in slight left, right and upper part. Now the same thing started with the left eye also with similar symptoms.

It sounds like you have an uncorrected refractive error. Consult your eye doctor for a pair of glasses or contact lenses. Once your error has stabilised you can consider lasik to permanently get rid of your refractive error.
