Something in throat
I am notorious for having strep however it feels like there’s something in the back of my throat. It is white and looks like a tonsil stone but it’s in the back of my throat and looks like there’s blood going through it. I was able to capture a picture of it.

You seem to be suffering from keratosis pharyngeus which is a common benign condition involving tonsils. The white debris you are seeing are simple keratin debris and harmless. You need worry about it if you don't have associated pain and difficulty in swallowing
