Few months back I had noticed a black spot in my groin now the same spot has become like a cauliflower can you help me how to solve this problem

Hi. Greetings. Please send pictures of the same to me on follow up chat for diagnosis or see a dermatologist near you at the earliest. This may be a viral wart or a tumor.
