Some urine problem
Yes I have got too much face puffiness andi have gained weight also. Along with hands and feet swelling I feel the tightness also.
No burning in urination but I feel itchiness before during and after urinating.

Please do a urine routine microscopic test and culture sensitivity
Next Steps
After giving urine for culture you can start
