Some time testis come horizontal
I had epididymitis and taken 1 month courses of antibiotics but some time I feel my testis come horizontal and feel discomfort and feels strach in spermatic cord above penis.Is normal after epididymitis or i have to go for treatment.

Horizontal testis is different from epididymitis. It is usually a risk factor for torsion testis.
Epididymitis may cause swelling and stiffness of the cord and testis with some discomfort
