And i also have a fear that i will die due to heart attack. And wt is 65 and height is 165cm. And bp is in normal range like 110/75. But now sometimes i feel tightness in my chest i am walking and sometimes not and can follow the rule 150 min regular active in a week. Please sir tell me what is going wrong with me. I am ok or not.

You definitely have no heart problem. You have anxiety disorder. I suggest not to focus on heart problems and not to repeat any cardiac tests as you have already ruled out everything. Consulting a cardiologist will not help you as you have no heart related issues. I suggest you consult a psychiatrist for this anxiety.

Looks you are anxious about your health. Please continue regular exercise and take well balanced diet. Avoid anxiety as your cardiac evaluation was normal.
