Some small bulging inside of lower lip
I have got some bulgy pimple like water filled extension inside of my lower lip, i have it since 3 days

If u accidentally bite ur lip a lil amount of saliva gets pooled in that area giving rise to this bump .... it may resolve and recur .... if it is bothering u and u are biting on it again and again consult a dentist ....

It may be a small mucocele which may occur due to trauma to the lip. If it does not resolve in a few days please consult a dentist
