Some redness with dark spots belowmylip

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hey sir, I don't know what has happened just below the right lip and I think it's getting worse day by day. Whole area just below the right side of the lip has become red and the some dark spots are also there. I am very tensed and worried. Need your help I have been to a doctor he prescribed me a Doxywar-lb capsule and Retino-A and marina cream for night and nadoxin cream for the day. But I don't think it's working for me.
