In most of the cases of hyperthyroidism we get the dusthi of vaat and kapha dosha...so by treating that doshas we can cure or manage hyperthyroidism. In most of the cases panchakarma is very usefull spcly vaman( emesis). but these all r posibilities every doctor have their different opinion and different line of treatment...so visit a good vaidya first...who follows ayurvedic prniciples.
