Acne prone skin: Oily skin n acne prone skin,every month I get breakouts can u please tell me y do I get pimples every month n after applying all these medicine it is still coming so wats d solution to this problem which I'm facing after my age is 30

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. It could be because of hormonal reasons like PCOS Get an USG Pelvis first Meanwhile wash face with Dermadew Acne soap twice daily for 6 weeks Morning- NILAC GEL Night- BENZAC AC (2.5%) GEL APPLY ON AFFECTED AREAS ONLY FOR 6 weeks Reduce stress If there are any menses related issues consult your Gynaecologist as well...
