Solid cystic hyperechoic nodule
Ultrasound of neck impression: Left lobe of thyroid gland is bulky with a solid cystic hyperechoic nodule. Mild peripheral vascularity - possibly colloid nodule (ACR T1-RADS TR3) Is this cancerous? They suggested FNAC test, is it safe? Which doctor specialist to consult for this case?

FNAC should be done . Yes it’s safe , let’s see the FNAC report and decide further treatment . No other investigation is required at present. Hope your thyroid function test was also done and is normal
