Sole pain oftenly
My foot soles are paining I have done Uri acid and sugar levels test,both are normal. I'm sitting continuously for more than 8 Hours daily due to work from home,I think I'm not sure because of that.please help me in this regard.

Plantar fascitis mostly. Needs clinical evaluation. Start with contrast bath , foot n ankle exercises , anti inflammatory medicines. Physiotharepy will help.
