Solar eclipse can cause damage to the retina, called as solar retinopathy, even if you have viewed it for a short while of less than 5 seconds without proper protective eye wear. You might see a central black spot in your vision if retinal damage has occurred.
Next Steps
advisable to consult an ophthalmologist for a complete eye check-up
Health Tips

Ideally, eclipse should only be seen through defect free, ISO certified eclipse glasses/ solar filters etc. as rays can cause macular burns known as solar retinopathy. Since your duration of exposure was few seconds and you are not getting any symptoms, nothing is to be done. Consult an ophthalmologist if your vision goes down or you see a black spot in your vision.
