Soft swelling along jaw line.
Hi, I have a very soft swelling along jaw line below the right ear. It's not paining as such except when pressed externally. What could that be?

May be Lymph node enlargement. Do you have complaints of cold/lung/throat infection in past days. If so it is probably lymp node enlargement, which will cure on its own. If not you may need an antibiotic course.
Next Steps
Probably Lymp node enlargement due to local infection, needs an antibiotic course for 3 to 5 days.
