Soft palate small bumps
In my previous post i had not mentioned that, they don't hurt or burn or anything. I just feel like sandpaper type grainy there. I am not sure since when they are there. But as I remember, they are there since months. Not a recent change. And please look at the photo, the bumps or dots i am talking about i have endured them. While taking pictures, flash made them shiny. What can they be? Whats the diagnosis?? I didn't have a sexual contact, I didn't perform any oral sex. The only symptom i have now is granular pharyngitis. I had a viral infection in jan first week, since then there is mild soreness and post nasal drip. Rarely i cough. I am already on Cepodem xp 2x a day for 10 days with ab phylline for that, but it is not resolving. Anyway, coming back to the actual post, are those salivary gland openings or what? I dont smoke or eat tobacco. Drink alcohol once or twice a year that too max 30-60ml on 1 sitting. Pls help. Atached 2 images for comparison.
