It would have been better for us to comment on what it is after seeing the photos of it . Other wise its really difficult to come to a conclusion...meet a dermatologist and get yourself examined .might be only keloid.... thank you

Hello....... It has to be examined to say something about it.. You haven't posted any photo of nodules
Kindly attach photo.. If it's not visible you must consult dermatologist or general physician for examination... In some conditions you get subcutaneous nodules.
