Soft glans problem
Doctor, I've noticed that during erections, the shaft becomes firm, but the glans (head of the penis) remains soft or less firm. Could this be related to blood flow, nerve function, or something else? What tests or treatments would you recommend to understand and improve this?   "I don’t have pain or curvature, but this has been affecting my confidence during intimacy. I'm otherwise healthy

A thorough history and evaluation are essential to accurately diagnose your condition. Softness of the shaft or glans may be signs of erectile dysfunction, which is often fully treatable. Please consult for more detailed assessment and treatment
