My father's age is 79. His sodium level fall to 113. Had fever and light cough. After given ns3 saline and resodim 15 now sodium level is 132. Will I continue resodim 15? Doctors given monocef o cv 200. Now he has no fever and cough. Today his esr is 52, leucocites-9200, neutrophils 66. What will be the treatment now?
