Soap using for handwash

Does these neem, tulsi etc. anti bacterial soap like Neem austro soap can prevent us from coronavirus??? I mean if we have to go out for work and then we need to immediately wash our hands as soon as we enter the house. Pleaseeee suggest soaps like these because I am having itching and skin peeling due to excessive use of sanitizers and dettol, lifebouy handwashs.

Use an aloevera based moisturising hand wash. Or use dove or Johnsons baby soap. Moisturising your hand with vasline jelly immediately after washing will also help prevent skin peeling
