Snoring and White growth on Uvula
Hi doctor, recently i have visited ENT doctor due snoring. He have suggested to do sleep test. During the checking, he found nose not straight and can only confirm whether need to do surgical. And meanwhile during the checking he found a growth on my uvula. By the way after that i try checking bout 4 days. I feel like the the white growth getting smaller. What i shall do. The tester is keepon talking bout the CPAP machine and doctor never recomend Cpap and staright goes to Surgical

Snoring usually occurs because of various reasons in combination such as obesity, deviated nasal septum and pharyngeal muscular weakness. If your sleep study is suggestive of obstructive sleep apnea then just undergoing nose surgery may not help. You may need to reduce weight and try using CPAP. Surgery is the last option for obstructive sleep apnea. If it's just snoring then CPAP is not usually beneficial
