Sir,
I have always sneezing, and runny nose & headache.
After taking cetrizine, it became normal.
Also nose block in air cooler and Air conditioned.
Pleas suggest me.

It appears you have allergy. Take hot fume inhalation with Vicks/ Amruthanjan. Try to improve your immunity by taking fresh fruit daily. Do breathing exercises. Take vitamin C tablet. Take Cetrizine 10 mg at night when problem is too much.
