Dear sir My sister age 26 just since 3 days she having sneezing continuesly and little watery nose .pls tell any tablet . Can I use erythromycin 250mg.. or any other pls tell she dont have any fever .. Can I use vicks action 500 tablet or pls sugegst any other to treat asap cure thanks

Erythromycin is antibiotic , don't use unnecessarily. It might be a simple cold. Do steam inhalation with vapocapps three times daily for five days.Can take an antihistamine for 3 days.
