How can knee cap helps to reduce snapping hip. Due to this I ve muscles pain above n in hip. Past 1 month Im suffering from dis bt it has reduced only 70%. As Im working woman not able to take much rest. Pls tell me how many days I Need to recover. Im worried.

Snapping disease is due to muscle or ligaments snapping over bone , consult orthopedic surgeon get evaluated by clinical examination and get treated for local pathology

It usually takes a lot of time braces or splint should be used and rest is required thorough investigation should be done x ray etc consult ortopedician for further evaluation and treatment.
