Smuth syrup and diarrhea
I have undergone fistula surgery before two weeks everything is fine except i am having diarrhea which is due to smuth,i was asked by my surgeon to take 15 ml due to that i have to go 4 to 5 time to relieve myself now i have reduce my dose to 10 ml but still i have to go thrice a day,still diarrhea persist which is causing me great discomfort because i am at work cant attend toilet everytime Can i reduce the doses to 5ml or change the stool softner Plz advice

You should stop the syrup as it is a purgative medicine. Rather shift to a bulk forming powder like Lactifibre/Livoluk fibre/Softovac powder 3-4tsf at night for better result.
Health Tips
If you are still continuing oral antibiotics, stop that too because Antibiotics can cause loose motion.
