Smooth patches on scalp
I have seen today 3,4 smooth and small patches on my scalp,where there is no hair now,and when I touch I feel very smpoth.
Will it spread to whole scalp,
What precautions I need to take.
As I am 23 years old .bit worrying about it.

The description that you have given is that of alopecia areata. This is an autoimmune condition. Family history may be present. Treatment is available for this and takes a few months to recover. Regular follow up is required as medicines needs to be changed seeing the progression of disease.
