Congratulations on the decision to Quit. Well done No, There is no remedy to clean the lungs. However lung function can be maintained and even improved by breathing exercises, physical activity, proper nutrition. Steam inhalation will help clear out the airways. Medications will be needed to address the chest pain.
Next Steps
Get XRay done Consult a General Physician nearby and describe the pain eg. is it associated with - The feeling that your heart is beating too fast or too hard - any specific site of pain in the chest ? - Increases After food intake?

It clears naturally, you can do deep breathing and pranayam regularly to strengthen the damaged lungs and open up narrowed airways. For chest pain do a crp, x ray chest, ECG, cardiac echo. Connect with me online with results.
