Small wounds on my Scalp
I have small wounds on my Scalp. I haven't hit my head anywhere. There wounds have occurred naturally like pimples. I have only 2 - 3 of them. But these hurt whenever I comb my hair or even touch them. Very little bleeding happen and then it becomes dry and stays like that.
