Small worm in stool & sometimes in urine

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Actually my wife age 33 , has been experiencing small worms in her stool and urine for the past 3-4 months now, she has taken mebex 100mg course of 2tabs thrice a week for almost 3 months now. Still there is worms seen on few occasions. Also for the past couple of days he has severe rashes on her whole body at night which disappears in the morning
